TOPIC: Respecting Choices® Advance Care Planning
Respecting Choices (RC) is an internationally recognized, evidence-based advance care planning (ACP) model of care. We are an innovator and leader in ACP education and systems development.
SPEAKER: Shannon Brown is an ARNP with NCH Healthcare System working with the inpatient palliative care interdisciplinary team and recently became First Steps ACP Facilitator. She will present the roles of healthcare professionals and systems to the group, provide role play opportunities, and discuss how a community can improve the quality and quantity of "the conversation."
