Job Title: Registered Nurse - PCU (Nursing)

Schedule Type: Deferred Schedule

Shift Type: 10hr Day

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Start Date: 03/17/2025

End Date: 06/14/2025

OnCall: Yes

Contract Details

  • Daily OT after 24 hours [Based on differential]
  • Weekly OT after 40 hours [Based on differential]

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within the Endoscopy department.
  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Float to different units and sister campuses as required.
  • Comply with all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and care quality.
  • Be on-call as per the specified ratio and call specifics.

Requirements

  • Must adhere to the 50-mile radius rule from the permanent address.
  • Floating is required, with travelers being the first to float to other units or sister campuses.
  • All requested time off (RTO) or schedule requests must be included at the time of submission. No approvals will be made after submission.
